Guduchi is a perennial plant that has heart-shaped leaves and small yellow flowers. The stem of this climber produces numerous air roots which are often used in Ayurvedic diet. The leaves, stem and juice of the plant are also useful.

The extraordinary properties of guduchi have long been known in Ayurveda. Its name Amrita comes from the legend of the elixir created by the god Vishnu for other gods.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose: 1 aligned scoop, divided into 2 doses. Consume between meals. Pour boiling water over the powder, let sit for 1-2 minutes and drink while still warm.
