Glucomannan complex - unique formula with choline and chromium

Glucomannan is a water-soluble fiber derived from the root or tuber of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac). Konjac is an Asian perennial plant that you can recognize by its large purple flowers.

Glucomannan Complex are capsules that, in addition to glucomannan, contain a mineral that is very important for the human body - chrome, which helps maintain normal blood glucose levels and plays a role in metabolism of macronutrients.

In Glucomannan complex capsules, it is found in the form of chromium picolinate, which is the best and most effective form of chromium.

With a daily dose you will take 216 μg of chromium picolinate.

Glucomannan and chromium is a glucomannan complex enriched with choline. As the need for choline increases with age, it is all the more important to ensure your supplemental intake. In glucomannan complex capsules, choline is found in the form of bitartrate, which is more easily absorbed by the body.
