Boswellia- extracts from Boswellia serrata, an ancient Indian tree, have been used in India for centuries as part of the Ayurvedic tradition.

Collagen- It is one of the fibrillar proteins. It is the most abundant protein in our body and accounts for 25% of all proteins in the body. It is abundant in muscle tendons, bones, teeth, cartilage and skin, as well as in the walls of all body organs.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:Adults 2-3 tablets daily. Tablets may be taken at the same time. Children 12 years of age and older 1 tablet daily. Take preferably before or during meals with liquid. Drink enough throughout the day. Recommended to take for at least 2 to 3 months. It is suitable for long-term use.
