Milled flax is actually defatted ground flax seeds. Did you know that the Latin name for flax Linum usitatissimum means "most useful"? Today, flaxseed is known as a superfood. The product contains flaxseeds of a special variety of golden flax (Linum flavum L.). They are degreased and ground. They are characterised by their high fibre content

Psyllium or Indian starlings (Lat. Plantago ovate) contain a large amount of fiber. The fibre it contains is difficult to digest and therefore stays longer in the digestive tract, thereby stimulating nerve endings in the intestines.

Inulin is a dietary fiber or polysaccharide found mainly in the roots and tubers of plants in the astro family. Today its use is particularly popular because it can be used as a replacement for sugar, fat and even flour. Inulin is not digested in the stomach and small intestine, so it travels to the large intestine where it provides food for beneficial bacteria and thus stimulates their growth.

Erythritol is a 100% natural sweetener found in fruits, vegetables, plant seeds and mushrooms. It is suitable for anyone on a KETO, PALEO or LCHF diet.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:3 aligned teaspoons of powder twice daily (morning and evening before meals).

Preparation: Pour over a glass of water or juice and leave for 20 minutes, then drink. When taking the drink, drink plenty of water - at least 2 litres a day.
