Excellent tea blend from SanctBernhard, with years of experience in teas and tea blends. They have been known for their teas since 1903 and to this day, their teas are still their specialty!

Energy - Ginseng Tea contains Rooibos Tea, Green Tea, Ginger, Lemongrass and Ginseng.

Rooibos Tea is a tea made from the "red bush" (Aspalathus linearis), which is native to South Africa. It is not a true tea and is suitable for drinking at any time of the day - even in the evening.

Green tea is one of the true teas. It is the unfermented leaves of the tea tree (Camellia sinensis). Connoisseurs believe it is a better alternative to coffee.

Ginger(Rhizoma zingiberis) is a popular ingredient in a variety of beverages for its spiciness and slightly sweet aroma.

Lemon grass or citronella (Cymbopogon citratus) has a fresh lemony scent and is often used in tea blends.

Ginseng is a perennial plant whose roots are often used in dietary supplements as well as nutrition and cosmetics. Panax Ginseng is known for its anti-fatigue effects.

Use

Instructions for use: Pour 1-2 heaped teaspoons of tea over a cup of boiling water. Leave to steep for 5-10 minutes and strain. Sweeten to taste and drink at any time of the day.
