Cist (Cistus Incanus) is a plant that has been used for various purposes since at least the 4th century. It thrives best in areas with a Mediterranean climate, so it is well adapted to grow even in poor conditions.

This evergreen shrub, which was voted Plant of the Year in 1999, is recognisable by its beautiful purple flowers.

Vita World capsules contain cysteine powder to which is added mineral zinc, which is known for its antioxidant action as it has a role in protecting cells from oxidative stress.
