Inositol is a sugar found in the body and nature in various forms, one of the most common of which is myo-inositol. The body makes it only from the glucose and carbohydrates we consume. It is found in all body tissues and the highest concentrations are found in the brain.

It combines perfectly with choline, which is a precursor of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Choline is one of the B vitamins, which means that the body cannot make it on its own, but it must be taken in through a balanced diet.

Choline has a beneficial effect on liver function and fat metabolism.

The capsules contain inositol in the form of myo-inositol and choline in the form of bitartrate, which are extremely bioavailable and therefore easily absorbed into the body. They work perfectly in combination, but are also extremely important individually.

Choline has a role in liver function, contributing to:

• metabolism of homocysteine - an amino acid that the body breaks down into other substances it needs, and
• metabolism of fats, which can begin to accumulate in parts of the body.

Each capsule contains up to 250 mg of choline and 250 mg of inositol!

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:2 capsules. Take 1 capsule twice daily, before or during meals, with plenty of liquid.
