Use:

• You can use 8 drops in 1 litre of water for washing and 1-2 drops for application to a specific area.
• for oral hygiene, put 3 drops in a bottle of water and rinse your mouth. Do not swallow.
• for foot and nail care, add 20 drops of oil to the bath and soak your feet in it for at least 10 minutes.
