The doshas (vata, pitta, and kapha) are Ayurvedic principles that have no corresponding equivalent in modern science.

People with a Vata constitution need hot, oily and slightly spicy foods. Organic Vata tea contains selected Ayurvedic herbs and spices such as liquorice, coriander, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and others to help balance the doshas.

Use

Instructions for use: Pour 250ml of freshly boiled water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes.

The packet is enough for 25 cups of tea.
