Canola oil in capsules - an important addition to our diet

Borage (Borago officinalis) or star flower is a plant with many positive properties, brought to us from the Middle East by the Romans.

This annual spice plant with fleshy leaves and bluish flowers grows to a height of 80 cm. Its seeds produce oil which is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (a biologically active, polyunsaturated fat) and is therefore highly valued and useful.

Each capsule contains 500 mg of pure borage oil with approximately 22% gamma-linolenic acid.

Sanct Bernhard borage oil capsules also contain vitamin E of natural origin, which has a role in protecting cells from oxidative stress.

The product is a dietary supplement.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:3-6 capsules taken with plenty of liquid.
