Thanks to its quick and easy preparation, this carob pudding is the perfect solution for a tasty breakfast or dinner - it cooks just like other puddings, and since it is unsweetened, you can sweeten it to taste and with the sweetener that suits you best.

Pudding can be prepared as a stand-alone dish, which can be enriched with fruit, chocolate drops, nut spreads, nuts, etc., as desired, and is also great for desserts and desserts!

Use

Ingredients needed for 1 serving of pudding:

  • 10 g (1 tablespoon) Organic pudding mix,
  • 100 ml of liquid of your choice (milk, water, vegetable drink) for a firm texture or 150 ml for a lighter and creamier texture,
  • Sweetener of choice (10-15g of cane or coconut sugar recommended).

Preparation:

1. Pour 20 ml of liquid into a container and add the BIO pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding is dissolved.

2. Pour the remaining liquid into the saucepan and add the desired amount of sweetener. Place the saucepan on the stove and stir until the liquid boils and the sweetener dissolves.

3. Reduce the heat. Slowly add the melted custard to the heated liquid and stir vigorously until thickened.

4. Remove the prepared custard from the plate and allow to cool slightly before eating. You can eat it as it is or use it to make homemade pastries and desserts.
