So you won't find any unknown additives in it - just oat, flax and buckwheat flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, cream of tartar and baking powder! To top it all off, the mix is packaged in recyclable packaging, so you'll be taking care of your ecological footprint, too.

Quick and easy preparation saves you the trouble of unannounced visits - just add oil and milk or vegetable drink to the mixture, spread on a baking tray and bake.

For those who want to spice up their dessert, you can add various fruits, nuts, chocolate drops, etc. to the mixture and sprinkle melted chocolate on top at the end - the possibilities are endless!

How to use

Ingredients you need:

  • Organic brownie mix,
  • 120 ml of oil or melted butter,
  • 200 ml milk or vegetable drink.

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Prepare and grease a medium-sized baking dish (20 x 24 cm or max. 22 x 26 cm).

2. In a medium bowl, combine the oil, milk and BIO brownie mix and mix well until you have a uniform mixture. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.

3. First bake at 190-200 °C for 5 minutes, then reduce to 160-170 °C and bake for another 30-40 minutes. Allow the brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
