Nettle (Latin Urticae folium) is a widespread wild growing plant that everyone is familiar with. However, not everyone knows that it is not only suitable, but even recommended for consumption. The whole plant is edible and can be used for tea, juiced in a juicer, in smoothies or in cooking, where it can be used anywhere you would use spinach.

The nettle leaves are covered in hairs that contain a substance that burns us on contact. The plant has been used by the ancient Egyptians for a variety of purposes.
