• extract of hawthorn flowers (Crataegus oxyacantha).

The product is a dietary supplement.

Use

Recommended daily dose: 2 tablets. Take with plenty of liquid, preferably in the evening before going to bed.

150 mg of valerian extract 4:1 is equivalent to 600 mg of the dry plant.

150 mg of hawthorn extract 5:1 is equivalent to 750 mg of dry plant.

200 mg of passionflower extract 4:1 is equivalent to 800 mg of dry plant.
