Ginkgo or Latin Ginkgo biloba is a species of deciduous tree native to China. It is one of the oldest living trees in the world and has a rich history of use in Chinese tradition.

You can recognize it by its unique fan-shaped leaves, which make it difficult to confuse with other trees. The leaves are the most common and useful part of this tree.

Ginkgo leaves are a common ingredient in supplements to improve cognitive function,because ginkgo naturally supports:

Use

Recommended daily dose: 2 tablets. Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening, with plenty of liquid.
