Ayurvedic tea blend of three species of tea tree - for "black tea"

Tea tree (Camellia sinensis) also known as true tea tree and tea bush is native to India. It grows to a height of 16 metres, but has been cultivated as a low shrub for many years. The leaves of the plant are used for tea. Whether they will produce green, white, black, oolong or pu-erh tea depends on their processing.

A mixture of three types of black tea:

Rwanda Rukeri - black tea grown in the Rukeri Valley in Rwanda, in a sunny and cool environment at an altitude of 1600 meters.

Dooars Putharjhora - black tea grown in the Putharjhora tea garden in the Dooras region of India.

Darjeeling Ambootia- black tea grown in the Abootia tea garden in the Darjeeling region of West Bengal (India).

Use

Instructions for preparation: Pour boiling water over the tea bag. Pour the water into the kettle. Sweeten as desired and drink.
