Berberine HCL

Berberine HCL - obtained from Berberis aristata bark extract.

Berberis aristata, known by its English name Indian barberry, is an evergreen shrub with thorns. It belongs to the holly family, which includes more than 500 different species of deciduous evergreen shrubs.

Indian barberry is native to India and Nepal in the Himalayas and also occurs naturally in the wetter parts of Sri Lanka.

Berberine HCL capsules - to improve blood glucose control.

Berberine HCL is the most common form of the natural compound berberberberine. Berberine is a substance that belongs to the alkaloids and has a positive effect on the human body. It has been used since the Middle Ages.

Berberine HCL capsules contain an extract of Indian cherry bark (Berberis aristata), which helps the body:

• reduce triglyceride levels in the blood,
• improve control of glucose levels in the blood.

Daily dose contains 500 mg berberine HCL.

The product is a dietary supplement.
