Auricularia (Elderberry) extract

Auricularia - a mushroom that has enriched Asian food for more than 1500 years.

Auricularia(professionally Auricularia auricularia-judae), also known as Elderberry, is an edible mushroom that is extremely popular in Chinese cuisine. It is also known to Chinese food lovers as "Mu-Err".

The name elderberry refers to its shape. At first it resembles a cup, but then it transforms and looks like an ear. This special mushroom, which contains many important substances (e.g. polysaccharides), has also been used as a dietary supplement for many years.

Each capsule contains 500 mg of Auricularia mushroom extract with 50% polysaccharides!

Vita World capsules contain Auricularia mushroom fruit extract. The soluble parts of the mushroom powder are removed or evaporated. It is a complete concentrate containing important secondary substances - polysaccharides in the best possible availability.
