Basil, also astragalus(Astragalus membranaceus) is an herb that has been used in Chinese tradition for thousands of years and has been mentioned in various records since antiquity. One of the most important substances contained in this herb is astragalosides- polysaccharides that consist of complex chains of sugars.

Zein Pharma capsules contain, in addition to valerian extract, black peppercorn extract (Piper nigrum) in the patented form of BioPerine®, which contains at least 95% piperine and offers high bioavailability.

The capsules also contain BioPerine® patented black pepper extract.
