Use

Recommended Dosage:2-3 g (half teaspoon) of powder per day. Mix into warm water, tea, juice or smoothie and drink.

Tip for Use - Hair Mask: Mix 2-3 tablespoons of bakopa with warm water. Leave for 15 minutes, then apply to damp hair and scalp. Cover your hair with a nylon shower cap, wrap in a towel and leave on for 30-40 minutes, then rinse with water
